Section X: Souleora Subscription Program — Terms & Conditions

1. Overview of the Souleora Subscription

Souleora offers an optional, recurring subscription program (the "Souleora Subscription") available to customers worldwide. The Souleora Subscription is an opt-in only program, meaning enrollment is never automatic and is always initiated by the customer's own conscious decision at checkout. The Souleora Subscription is designed to enhance your spiritual journey by providing exclusive member benefits, in-store credit rewards, monthly zodiac updates, and access to the Souleora Savings partner network.

By enrolling in the Souleora Subscription, you agree to all terms outlined in this section, the general Souleora Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not enroll in the subscription.

 


 

2. Enrollment and Opt-In

2.1 How to Enroll

The Souleora Subscription is offered as a promotional opt-in option on select eligible products at checkout. When an eligible product is in your cart, you will see a clearly labeled subscription offer presented on the checkout page. To enroll, you must:

  • Manually check the opt-in checkbox presented at checkout.

  • The checkbox is never pre-checked and requires your active, conscious selection.

  • By checking the box and completing your purchase, you are agreeing to enroll in the Souleora Subscription and authorize recurring billing as described below.

⚠️ Important: Checking the opt-in box at checkout constitutes your express informed consent to recurring charges of $33.24 every 28 days beginning 28 days after your initial purchase date. This is a binding agreement to recurring billing until you cancel.

2.2 Eligibility

The Souleora Subscription is available to customers worldwide. You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to enroll. You must have a valid payment method on file to maintain an active subscription.

2.3 Account Creation

Upon enrollment, a Souleora customer account will be automatically created for you if you do not already have one. You will receive an email confirmation with your account login details. Your account and customer portal are required to access and manage your subscription benefits. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

 


 

3. Billing and Payment

3.1 Subscription Fee

The Souleora Subscription fee is:

  • Your first subscription charge of $33.24 will occur exactly 28 days after your initial enrollment purchase date.

  • All subsequent charges occur every 28 days from that date.

  • There is no free trial period associated with the Souleora Subscription.

  • All charges are processed in USD. International customers may be subject to currency conversion fees charged by their bank or card issuer. Souleora is not responsible for any such fees.

3.2 Authorized Payment Methods

By enrolling, you authorize Souleora (operated by North Media LLC) to charge your payment method on file — Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover — via our payment processor Ecrypt Payments on a recurring 28-day basis until cancellation.

3.3 Failed Payments

If your scheduled subscription payment fails to process:

  1. Souleora will automatically retry your payment method up to five (5) times.

  2. Retry attempts will be made over a reasonable period following the failed charge date.

  3. If all five (5) retry attempts fail, your subscription will be automatically canceled.

  4. Upon automatic cancellation due to failed payment, all accumulated in-store credits and membership benefits will be immediately forfeited (see Section 6.3).

  5. You will be notified via email of failed payment attempts and automatic cancellation.

We strongly recommend keeping your payment information up to date in your customer portal to avoid interruption of service or loss of accumulated credits.

3.4 Taxes

Souleora charges in USD. Applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or other regional taxes may be applied to your subscription charge depending on your jurisdiction. Any applicable taxes are in addition to the $33.24 subscription fee and are your responsibility.

 


 

4. Subscription Benefits

As an active Souleora Subscriber in good standing, you receive the following benefits:

4.1 In-Store Credit Match (1:1 Reward Program)

  • For every dollar you spend on your Souleora Subscription, Souleora will match that amount in in-store credit at a 1:1 exact dollar ratio.

  • Your initial enrollment purchase amount is also matched in in-store credit.

  • Example: If your enrollment product purchase is $45.00, you receive $45.00 in store credit. Each subsequent $33.24 billing cycle earns you an additional $33.24 in store credit.

  • Credit Posting: In-store credits are posted to your account after each completed billing cycle, not immediately upon charge.

  • Accumulated credits are visible and manageable inside your Souleora Customer Portal.

Credit Restrictions:

  • In-store credits cannot be combined with coupon codes or other discount offers.

  • In-store credits cannot be transferred to another account.

  • In-store credits cannot be cashed out or redeemed for monetary value.

  • In-store credits are only valid for purchases on souleora.com.

4.2 Monthly Zodiac Updates

  • Active subscribers receive monthly zodiac update content delivered directly to their registered email address.

  • Zodiac updates are personalized to your zodiac/starsign and are designed to provide spiritual guidance, monthly energetic insights, and manifestation focus points for your sign that month.

  • Zodiac updates are considered a virtual/digital product and are subject to Souleora's virtual product refund policy and the no-questions-asked subscription refund policy outlined in Section 5.

  • Souleora makes no claims that zodiac updates constitute professional advice of any kind — financial, medical, psychological, or otherwise. All content is for entertainment and spiritual enjoyment purposes only.

  • Souleora reserves the right to update, modify, or change zodiac update content, format, and delivery at any time.

4.3 Souleora Savings — Partner Brand Access

  • Active subscribers receive access to the Souleora Savings Network, a curated collection of exclusive savings, deals, and offers from hundreds of partner brands, accessible through:

    • Your Souleora Customer Portal, and

    • A third-party partner platform linked within your portal.

⚠️ Important Disclosure Regarding Souleora Savings:

  • Partner brand offers, savings, and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice to subscribers.

  • Souleora makes no guarantee of the continued availability of any specific partner brand, offer, or savings amount.

  • Souleora is not responsible for the products, services, terms, or conduct of any third-party partner brands accessed through the Souleora Savings network.

  • Use of third-party partner platforms is subject to those platforms' own terms of service and privacy policies.

  • The composition and value of the Souleora Savings network may change without notice and does not constitute grounds for a refund of subscription fees.

 


 

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancel Anytime — No Questions Asked

You may cancel your Souleora Subscription at any time, for any reason, with no questions asked. To cancel:

  • Log in to your Souleora Customer Portal and navigate to the Subscription management section.

  • Select Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.

  • You will be shown a clear cancellation warning (see Section 5.2) before your cancellation is finalized.

Cancellations take effect immediately upon confirmation. You will not be charged again after cancellation is confirmed.

5.2 Cancellation Warning — Credit Forfeiture Notice

⚠️ Before your cancellation is finalized, you will be shown the following warning inside the customer portal:

"Warning: Canceling your Souleora Subscription will immediately and permanently forfeit ALL accumulated in-store credits in your account. Your credits cannot be recovered after cancellation. Your access to all Souleora Subscription benefits, including Souleora Savings and monthly zodiac updates, will end immediately. Are you sure you want to cancel?"

You must actively confirm cancellation after reading this warning. By confirming, you acknowledge and accept the permanent forfeiture of all credits and benefits.

5.3 Refund Policy — No Questions Asked

Souleora offers a no-questions-asked refund policy for subscription charges:

  • If you are dissatisfied with your subscription for any reason, contact Souleora customer support and a refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are available at any time during your active subscription.

  • Upon receiving a refund for a subscription charge, the in-store credits associated with that billing cycle will be removed from your account.

  • Refund requests do not automatically cancel your subscription. You must separately cancel through the customer portal if you wish to stop future charges.

5.4 Re-Enrollment After Cancellation

  • Customers who have previously canceled may re-enroll in the Souleora Subscription at any time when a subscription enrollment offer is available at checkout.

  • Re-enrolling customers start fresh — all previous credit history, zodiac update history, and membership data are permanently cleared and cannot be recovered.

  • Re-enrollment is treated as a brand new subscription with a new 28-day billing cycle beginning from the new enrollment date.

 


 

6. Credit Expiration and Forfeiture

6.1 Active Subscription Credits

In-store credits accumulated through the Souleora Subscription do not expire while your subscription remains active and in good standing.

6.2 Credit Use During Active Subscription

Credits may be used at any time on souleora.com while your subscription is active, subject to the restrictions in Section 4.1.

6.3 Forfeiture of Credits Upon Cancellation or Non-Payment

Your accumulated in-store credits will be immediately and permanently forfeited under the following circumstances:

  • You voluntarily cancel your subscription (Section 5.1).

  • Your subscription is automatically canceled due to failed payment after five (5) retry attempts (Section 3.3).

  • A refund is issued for a specific billing cycle (credits for that cycle are removed).

  • Your account is terminated by Souleora for violation of these Terms.

Souleora is not liable for any forfeited credits under any of the above circumstances. Credits hold no monetary value and cannot be recovered once forfeited.

 


 

7. Modifications to the Subscription Program

Souleora reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Souleora Subscription program at any time.

  • Change subscription pricing, benefits, partner savings, or credit match terms with reasonable notice to active subscribers via email.

  • Discontinue or alter the Souleora Savings partner network at any time without notice (see Section 4.3).

If Souleora modifies the subscription fee or materially changes core benefits, we will notify active subscribers via email at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the subscription after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to changes, you may cancel at any time per Section 5.1.

 


 

8. Disclaimers Specific to the Subscription

  • No Guarantee of Specific Results: Souleora makes no guarantee that monthly zodiac updates, spiritual content, or any subscription benefit will produce any specific spiritual, financial, psychological, or personal outcome.

  • Entertainment Only: All zodiac, astrology, and manifestation content delivered as part of the subscription is for entertainment and personal enjoyment purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

  • Partner Brand Disclaimer: Souleora is not responsible for and does not endorse or guarantee any third-party products, services, or offers accessible through the Souleora Savings network.

  • No Medical Claims: Nothing delivered as part of the Souleora Subscription constitutes medical, therapeutic, psychological, or clinical advice. Always seek qualified professional advice for medical or mental health concerns.

 


 

9. Governing Law — Subscription

This subscription section is governed by the same governing law and jurisdiction as the general Souleora Terms of Service — the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes related to the subscription program shall be resolved in accordance with Section 11 of the general Souleora Terms of Service.

Last Updated: [04/02/2026]. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using souleora.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site or purchasing Souleora products, you agree to these Terms. Souleora (operated by North Media LLC, Wyoming, USA) reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time; any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms and indicating the “Last Updated” date. We will notify registered customers of significant changes (for example, by email).

1. Agreement to Terms

Souleora is an online store selling spiritual-themed, astrology-based jewelry and accessories. By using the Site or ordering products, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (no minimum age is required to browse). You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Products and Services

Souleora offers astrology and manifestation-themed products, including but not limited to:

  • Bracelets: Chakra bracelets, “Soul Bracelets,” abundance or “money” bracelets.

  • Necklaces: Crystal necklaces and other gemstone jewelry.

  • Spiritual Accessories: Orgone pyramids, spiritual tools, and other manifestation items.

All products are personalized (e.g. by zodiac/“starsign”) and intended as meaningful or symbolic gifts. Price, Availability & Orders: All order submissions are subject to acceptance by Souleora. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (e.g. suspected fraud or errors). Product images are for illustration only; actual products may vary.

3. Payments and Billing

Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover (major credit cards) are accepted. We use Shopify’s secure Ecrypt Payments gateway (a PCI-compliant processor) to handle transactions. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the purchase amount and applicable taxes. You represent that you have the legal right to use the provided payment method. Payment Security: All payment processing is PCI-DSS compliant, and we take reasonable measures (encryption, security controls) to protect your data. Billing Errors: If a payment cannot be processed or is fraudulent, we may cancel the order.

For any subscription products, you will be charged on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly) for the term you select. Purchases of subscription items automatically create a Souleora account in your name (we will notify you via email). You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are made for partial periods after cancellation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery Times: U.S. orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days; international orders within 10–14 business days (shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed). Shipping Costs: See our Shipping Policy page for current rates. Rates are subject to change. Customer Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If an address error causes delay or loss, we will attempt to recover the shipment, but any extra ship­ping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost/Damaged Shipments: If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will, at our discretion, replace the item or issue a refund of the product price (not including shipping) once the claim is approved. We aim to provide good service and will resolve issues of lost/damaged goods under our Returns Policy.

Customs and Duties: For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are set by your country and are your responsibility. As noted in e-commerce best practices, “many ecommerce stores” handling international shipping stipulate that customers pay any additional duties or taxes.

5. Returns and Refunds

Please review our Return and Refund Policy (linked here and on the Checkout page) carefully. In summary:

  • 60-Day Return (Physical Products): If you are not satisfied with a physical item, you may return it within 60 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to our policy (items must generally be unused and in resaleable condition).

  • 120-Day Return (Virtual Products): For digital or virtual products (e.g. e-books, courses), returns are accepted within 120 days of purchase.

  • Process: Contact customer service to initiate a return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Exceptions: Certain personalized or gift products may be non-returnable or subject to restocking fees; see the full policy.

It is recommended (and often required by law) that customers agree to the Return Policy before purchase. We link to our Return and Refund Policy from these Terms, so agreeing to these Terms includes your agreement to the separate Returns Policy. (For example, one retailer’s terms reference a “30-day money back guarantee” and point to their full returns page.)

6. Accounts and User Content

You may checkout as a guest or by creating an account. Account holders can view order history and manage subscriptions. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to share your account or allow unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of any content you post (e.g. reviews), but by posting, you grant Souleora a license to use that content. You agree not to post illegal, defamatory, or infringing material. We reserve the right to remove any content for any reason.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Souleora.com (including text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs) is owned by Souleora or our licensors. This content is provided on the Site “AS IS” for your personal use. You may download or print copies of content for personal use only. Restrictions: Except as explicitly allowed by us, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, or otherwise exploit our content for any commercial purpose. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

8. Disclaimers

Souleora products are personal accessories and expression items only. We do not claim they have any medical, psychological, or supernatural effect. For example, as one crystal seller’s disclaimer notes, none of their products “are meant to be used as a replacement for professional medical care”. You assume all risk from using our products. We encourage customers to seek professional advice for any medical or psychological issues and not rely on or ingest any crystals or objects.

No Guarantees: We strive to accurately describe our products, but we make no guarantees about results. Any references to “manifestation,” astrology, or energy are for belief or entertainment value only. As required by consumer protection guidelines, products must be truthfully presented, and Souleora adheres to honest marketing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Souleora, its affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including lost profits, goodwill, or data loss) arising from your use of the Site or purchase/use of our products. Our maximum liability for any claim related to a product or service is the purchase price you paid for that item (less shipping costs). Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations or exclusions of liability; in such places, our liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law. By agreeing to these Terms, you accept these liability limitations.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Souleora (North Media LLC) and its officers, agents, partners, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or the rights of another, or (c) your use of the products or Site.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (United States) without regard to conflict of law principles. You and Souleora submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming for resolving any disputes. (As noted in guides to ecommerce terms, a governing law clause “sets the jurisdiction in which legal claims will be heard”.) If any portion of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.

12. Compliance with Shopify and Other Services

Souleora operates on the Shopify platform and complies with Shopify’s Acceptable Use Policy and Payment Terms. In particular, we use only permitted payment methods and secure processing services. We also comply with industry standards like PCI-DSS for payment security. You agree not to use the Site for any illegal purpose or to engage in prohibited activities (fraud, copyright violation, etc.), consistent with Shopify’s and general e-commerce policies.

13. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy (a separate document) explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. In general, Souleora collects personal information (e.g. name, address, email, payment details) when you make a purchase. We use this data to process orders, communicate with you, and improve our services. We may share data with service providers (e.g. shipping carriers, payment processors, marketing platforms) as needed. We do not sell your personal information. You have choices regarding communications from us: you may opt out of marketing emails at any time.
